Manufacturing Process: From Polypropylene Resin to Export-Ready Packaging
Every Evergreen woven bag, poly bag and non-woven cover is engineered in-house across extrusion, circular-loom weaving, lamination, printing and stitching — giving importers a single verified source for consistent, export-grade volume.

How We Build It
Our Manufacturing Process
Six controlled, in-house stages — from raw polypropylene resin to a container-ready bale — with every batch tracked end to end.
01. Extrusion
Polypropylene resin is melted and extruded through precision dies into continuous flat tapes, then stretched and cooled to build tensile strength.
02. Circular Loom Weaving
Tapes are interlaced on circular looms into tight, uniform fabric, with width, GSM and mesh density controlled to each order's specification.
03. Lamination & Coating
BOPP or PE lamination is applied to one or both sides for moisture resistance, added strength and a printable surface.
04. Flexographic Printing
Multi-colour printing applies logos, product information and branding directly onto the laminated fabric.
05. Cutting & Stitching
Fabric is cut, folded and stitched into bags, liners, D-cut or handle bags to exact size and seam-strength requirements.
06. Quality Control & Packing
Every batch is tested for tensile strength, GSM consistency and seam integrity before baling and export packing.
Our Technology
Machinery & Production Technology
Circular Looms
High-speed looms weaving PP tape into consistent, export-grade fabric.
Extrusion Lines
Precision tape extrusion with automated temperature and tension control.
Lamination Units
BOPP and PE lamination for moisture resistance and printability.
Flexo Printing Machines
Multi-colour printing for branded, retail-ready packaging.
Automatic Cutting & Sewing
High-volume cutting and stitching lines for consistent seam strength.
In-House QC Lab
Tensile, GSM and seam-strength testing on every production batch.
Built In, Not Bolted On
Quality Control at Every Stage
Quality is checked at each stage of production, not only at the end of the line, so issues are caught before they reach lamination, printing or stitching.
Tensile strength testing on every batch
GSM and thickness consistency checks
Seam and stitch strength verification
UV and moisture resistance testing
Batch sampling aligned to ISO 9001:2015
Committed to Responsible Manufacturing
Polypropylene is fully recyclable, and our production process is built to generate minimal waste — supporting circular-economy sourcing for buyers who need it.
