How We Test Every Batch

Four checkpoints, from raw fabric to final packing, so every shipment meets export specification.

Tensile Strength Testing

Fabric samples are pulled to measure load-bearing strength before a batch is approved.

GSM & Thickness Check

Weight and thickness are verified against the client’s exact specification.

Seam & Stitch Strength

Stitched seams are pull-tested to confirm they hold under load.

Final Visual Inspection

Every bag is checked by hand for print clarity, stitching and surface defects.
